Pizza Stuffed Shells
16-oz cottage cheese
1/2 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup chopped pepperoni
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
21 jumbo shells
1 jar (26-oz) spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package. Drain and cool.
Combine sausage, pepperoni, cottage cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Stuff pasta shells with cheese mixture and place in prepared baking dish. Top with spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. (Can freeze at this point)
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly.
