Peppered Glazed Pecans
Peppered Glazed Pecans
1 cup
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp light corn syrup
1/4 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup pecan halves
Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, pepper and salt in small sauté pan. Stir over medium heat until butter is melted.
Add pecans and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Spread pecans in a single layer on parchment paper. Cool completely.
