CHOCOLATE DIPPED FRUIT
Half of an angel food cake, cut into 1" cubes
3 tangerines, peeled
6 oz dark chocolate, chopped
2 mangoes, peeled, cut into 1" pieces
1 pint strawberries
1 cup heavy cream
In a saucepan, heat cream until it begins to simmer. Add chocolate and let sit 1 min. Whisk until smooth. SERVE chocolate sauce with strawberries, tangerines, mangoes and cake for dipping...
