Dressed Up Dills
1 gallon sliced dills
4-5 garlic cloves, sliced
5 pounds sugar
2 to 2 1/2 ounces Tabasco sauce

2 to 2 1/2 ounces Tabasco sauce
Drain pickles in colander. In same jar start layering about 1/2 cup pickles, 1 cup sugar, a sprinkle of garlic, and hot sauce. Continue layering until ingredients are used up. For about three days, frequently roll, turn, and/or flip jar to circulate juices that are forming.
