Butterscotch Pudding Cookies
3/4 c. margarine
6 oz. evaporated milk
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
4 c. instant oatmeal
6 oz. evaporated milk
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
4 c. instant oatmeal
Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil. Remove and add oatmeal and pudding. Let stand 15 minutes. Roll into balls and drop onto waxed paper.
