FRUIT GRANOLA CRISP
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
3 cups sliced peaches
1 cup blueberries
4 tbs hot caramel ice cream topping
4 tbs granola without raisins
4 scoops frozen yogurt
Divide peaches and berries among 4 ramekins. Top each with caramel and granola. Microwave on high for 2 min. or until bubbly. Top each with a scoop of frozen yogurt.
