Pineapple Crunch Cake
Pineapple Crunch Cake
1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
1 can (28 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix together cornstarch and pineapple. Add in brown sugar. Pour into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Do NOT stir!
Drizzle melted butter over top of the dry cake mix. Do NOT stir.
Top with chopped pecans.Bake in 350F oven for 35-45 minutes.
