HONEY MUSTARD PORK
1 pound pork tenderloin
GLAZE---
1/4 cup honey
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs cider vinegar
1 tbs mustard
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
Place pork on a greased rack in a baking pan lined with foil. Combine glaze ingredients in a bowl, set aside 3 tbs glaze. Spoon remaining glaze over pork. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 28 min. or until done, basting occasionally with reserved glaze. Let stand 5 min. before slicing.
