Crunch Salad
4 cups broccoli florets
4 cups cauliflower florets
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine the prepared broccoli, cauliflower, red onion & cherry tomatoes.
Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar & vinegar; adding some salt & pepper to taste. Blend the dressing until smooth.
Pour the dressing mixture over the veggies, tossing to coat.
Cover & chill the salad for at least two hours.
