CARAMEL HOT COCOA MIX
CARAMEL HOT COCOA MIX
MAKES 2 CUPS MIX.
1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup caramel powdered coffee creamer
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate morsels
Place all ingredients except morsels in processor or blender, process until mixed. Add morsels, process until morsels are coarsely chopped. Store in a covered container at room temp until ready to use or package. Spoon 4 tbs cocoa mix into mug. Add 1 cup boiling water, stir well.
