Sweet Salsa Chicken
Sweet Salsa Chicken
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 cup of your favorite salsa *
2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp mustard (regular works fine, but a dijon or honey variety adds a nice touch)
Place chicken in a prepared 9x9 baking pan.
Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon over chicken.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
