MASHED POTATO SALAD
2 cups left-over mashed potatoes
2 TBL yellow mustard
1/4 cup real Mayo
6-8 green olives, diced
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 onion, diced
A dash of sugar
1 large pickle spear, diced
A dash of celery seed
Salt/ground black pepper
Blend and chill
