BUTTERMILK DROP BISCUITS 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 TSP baking powder ½ TSP baking soda 1 TSP granulated sugar 1 TSP sea salt 1 cup cold whole fat buttermilk 8 TBL un-salted butter, melted and slightly cooled 450° OVEN In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients Stir the buttermilk/butter mixture into the flour just until the ingredients are blended well and sticky Using a greased tablespoon or ice cream scoop, drop dough onto griddle, spacing about 1” apart Bake until the tops are golden brown and crisp, 12 to 14 minutes. Remove and brush with additional melted butter. Serve warm
