Slow Cooker Red Beans & Rice
Slow Cooker Red Beans & Rice
1 pound dried small red beans
1 pound andouille sausage, sliced (we used smoked turkey sausage)
5 cups water
1 cup tomato sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp cajun seasoning
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve over hot white rice.
