Frikadel

Frikadel 2 lbs ground beef (hamburger) 1/2 onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp yellow mustard 1/2 cup ketchup 1 egg 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs Worcestershire sauce, to taste Salt/Pepper, to taste In a bowl, mix all ingredients together using your hands. Form mixture into hamburger patties. Coat a pan with olive oil and 2 tbsp butter. Fry the patties about 3-4 minutes each side. Do not overcook these. Serve warm. *Makes approximately 8 patties.
