Homemade Cream of Chicken Soup
Homemade Cream of Chicken Soup
Serves 4
1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
3 cups low sodium chicken stock
1 cup flour
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
In a medium pot heat chicken stock to a simmer
Add in flour & spices stirring constantly until soup is thick and smooth
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed
