Bacon Cheddar Ranch Snack Mix

Bacon Cheddar Ranch Snack Mix 1 7 oz. bag aged White Cheddar 1 8 oz. package shredded double cheddar cheese 2 1 oz. packets dry ranch dressing mix 1 3 oz. package bacon pieces 1 Tbsp. minced fresh chives In a large mixing bowl, combine white cheddar, shredded cheese, ranch dressing mix, and bacon pieces. Toss until evenly distributed. Spread mixture on a large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 300 degrees 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and transfer to large serving bowl. Sprinkle with fresh chives.
