Delicious Meatloaf

Delicious Meatloaf Meat Loaf 1 1⁄2 lbs extra lean ground beef 1⁄3 cup breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons of chopped onions 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper 1⁄3 cup ketchup 1 egg 1 tablespoon parsley Sauce 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard 3 tablespoons ketchup dried herb, of your choice (I like to put parsley, thyme, marjoram) Mix all the Meat Loaf ingredients. Put in a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Put on Meat Loaf. Cook in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 1 hour. (I personally like it better a bit more cooked).
