Mexican Coffee
Mexican Coffee
4 cups water
2 cinnamon sticks, 3 inches long
1 1/2 Tbsp., instant coffee
2 Tbsp. orange juice
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Mix the water cinnamon sticks, instant coffee, orange juice and brown sugar in a pot. Bring to boil, remove from heat and let stand for 2 minute. Discard cinnamon sticks and pour mixture into individual serving cups. Add whipping cream in desired. For extra flavor, add dash of Kahlua in each cup. Serves 4
