Alcatraz Rocks
Alcatraz Rocks (Ghiradelli)
12 oz. pkg. Ghirardelli semi - sweet chocolate chips
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 c. raisins
In double boiler melt chocolate with peanut butter over 1 inch simmering water. Stir in raisins. Drop by heaping tablespoon onto waxed paper or paper baking cups. Chill until firm. Makes 22 rocks.
