HEARTY CHICKEN & NOODLE CASSEROLE
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cooked chicken -- cubed
2 cups medium egg noodles -- cooked and drained
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
Stir soup, milk, vegetables, chicken, noodles, Parmesan cheese and black pepper in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 400°F. 25 minutes or until chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir chicken mixture. Top with cheese.
