Candied Pork Chops
5 thick pork chops
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup lemon juice
Spread 1 cup brown sugar in bottom of baking dish. Pour 1/2 cup ketchup
and 1/8 cup lemon juice over brown sugar. Place pork chops on top and spread
remaining brown sugar, ketchup and lemon juice over chops.
Bake uncovered at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours, turning once. The last 15
minutes, increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F to candy the chops.
