Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake
2 cups cooked chicken breast
4 cups uncooked pasta
3 cups alfredo sauce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozarella cheese
Alfredo Sauce
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon garlic
6 tablespoons parmesan
dash of pepper
Melt butter slowly in a saucepan over low heat, add in your flour very
gradually while whisking the mixture. Mix until there are no clumps, add in
milk slowly, mix until smooth.
Add Parmesan, garlic, and pepper. Continue to mix over low
heat until mixture is at desired thickness. Remove from heat.
Boil pasta until almost cooked. (About 8 minutes) Drain pasta, add in 1 up of your cooked chicken breast mix together in pot. Pour in your Alfredo sauce and mix until pasta and chicken is coated.
Add in 1\2 cup of your mozzarella, and 1/2 cup of your cheddar. Add in all of your Parmesan cheese. Mix well until cheese starts to melt.
Place mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Add remaining 1 cup of chicken to the top of the pasta mixture. Top with the remaining 1/2 cups of cheddar and the 1/2 cup of mozzarella.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
