Cottage Cheese Surprise
Yield: 6 cups
1 (8 1/2 g) box sugar-free gelatin mix (your choice of flavor)
12 ounces fat-free cottage cheese (small or large curd)
12 ounces sugar-free Cool Whip (it is low fat)
3/4 cup nuts
Stir the jello into the cottage cheese thoroughly.
Fold in the Cool Whip.
Stir in the nuts.
Chill.
