Sautéed Asparagus
Sautéed Asparagus
1 bunch fresh asparagus
1 clove garlic ( minced)
2-3 TBLS butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Wash asparagus. Cut the woody ends off and discard . Cut asparagus into bite size pieces. Melt butter in skillet. Add asparagus and garlic. Saute until tender. Add salt and pepper
