Pecan pie skillet cake
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup melted butter, slightly cooled
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 - 2 cups pecans, chopped or halves
Pie crust for single pie, rolled to fit skillet I used a 8 inch skillet with 2 inch depth
Beat eggs, add butter and beat again, add remaining ingredients except crust. Prepare crust in pan ahead of time, do not pre bake. Pour mixture in and bake 15 minutes at 400 reduce heat to 350 for 35 minutes and pie should be ready to cool
