French Fry Casserole
2 lb ground beef
salt
pepper
2 cans Cheddar Cheese soup
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp mustard
1 package (26oz) golden crinkle fries
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large skillet cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain the fat and mix in cheddar cheese soup, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour into a lightly sprayed 9x13-inch pan. Top meat mixture with french fries. Try to get them as close to a single layer as possible. Top fries with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes, until fries are crispy.
