Pumpkin Ice Cream
Pumpkin Ice Cream
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. orange juice
Put ice cream in large bowl; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients with mixer on low speed; blend into ice cream. Cover; freeze. Let soften slightly before scooping for serving. makes 8 to 10 servings.
