SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE
SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE
8 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
1/4 cup margarine or butter
2 cups of cheese
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 cups of sour cream
3 onion tops, chopped
Season to taste
Preheat oven to 300F. Mix all ingredients and place in greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 300F.
