Dijon Barbecue Chicken
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 2 pounds)
2 sweet onions (Vidalia or Spanish), sliced
2 red peppers, cored and sliced

Combine brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
Place chicken and vegetables in large dish. Pour 1 cup sauce over top, cover and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to marinate.
Heat remaining 1/2 cup sauce to boiling. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring constantly; set aside.
Drain and discard marinade from chicken and vegetables.
Grill (or broil) chicken and vegetables over medium heat about 10 minutes, or until chicken is done. Serve with sauce. Makes 8 servings.
