Strawberry Shortcake Sundaes
18 strawberries
2 tsp sugar
2 slices pound cake, cut into cubes
8 scoops strawberry ice cream
3/4 cup hot fudge
1/3 cup heavy cream, whipped and sweetened

8 scoops strawberry ice cream
3/4 cup hot fudge
1/3 cup heavy cream, whipped and sweetened
Set 4 strawberries aside. Hull and slice remaining berries; toss with sugar and leave for 3 minutes. Divide cake among 4 sundae glasses; top each with a scoop of ice cream, 1 tablespoon of hot fudge, and some berry slices. Repeat. Finish with whipped cream and a whole strawberry on top.
