Peter Pan Salad
2 cups cold water
1 pkg. marshmallows
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
2 pkg. lemon jello
2 cups hot water
2 cans crushed pineapple ( juice reserved)
1 pint cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 jar marachino cherries drained
Put the cold water, marshmallows and cream cheese in a pan and melt over low heat. Add jello and hot water and pineapple juice. Let set until solid.
Whip the cream and add sugar. Blend the jello mixture and the cream mixture together. Add the crushed pineapple and marchino cherries. Let set til solid.
