Texas Stew 1 lb ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 can ranch beans 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can kernel corn, drained 1 can sliced carrots, drained 2-3 small potatoes, sliced thin 1 tsp beef boullion powder 1 cup water 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp chili powder (add more if desired) Brown ground beef in skillet with chopped onion, until no longer pink. Drain and place in the crock pot. Add all other ingredients, and give a stir. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8.
