Garlic Cheese Zucchini Bread
Garlic Cheese Zucchini Bread 3 cups flour 4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 - 1 tsp garlic powder (depending on preference) 1 cup shredded zucchini 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup chopped green onion 1 tsp dried dill 2 large eggs 1 cup buttermilk 1/2 stick butter, melted Prepare 9x5 loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Add in zucchini, cheese and green onion. Stir together. In another bowl combine eggs, buttermilk and metled butter. Mix well. Add wet ingredients to the dry, mixing until moistened. Do not over mix. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
