Ranch Chicken Salad
Ranch Chicken Salad
3 - 3 1/2 cups of chopped or shredded cooked chicken breast
1 cup celery - chopped
1 bell pepper (any color) - chopped
1/4 yellow onion - chopped
1/2 cup mayo
1 Tbsp dry ranch seasoning.
Mix the chicken, mayo, and seasoning in a bowl until creamy. stir in the celery, peppers, and onion. Chill 1 hour to let flavors blend together.
