Easy Pineapple Coconut Pie
Easy Pineapple Coconut Pie 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained 4-5 pineapple slices, halved and drained 1 box instant vanilla pudding 3/4 cup Greek yogurt -- I used vanilla, but pineapple would be great too 4 tbsp coconut 6-10 maraschino cherries, drained Combine drained crushed pineapple, dry pudding mix and yogurt, until well blended. Pour into a graham wafer pie shell (I used chocolate). Sprinkle 2 tbsp coconut on top. decorate with pineapple slices and cherries, and then sprinkle another 2 tbsp coconut over everything. Allow to cool and set in the refrigerator.
