PEPPERMINT BARK DIP
PEPPERMINT BARK DIP
1 oz. (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
2 c. whipped topping
1/2 c. crushed candy canes
1/3 c. mini chocolate chips
Milanos
Beat cream cheese using an electric mixer until it's light and fluffy (a whisk also works, but it will take a few minutes), then mix in whipped topping.
Stir in peppermint sticks, then fold in chocolate chips.
Serve with Milanos, cookies, graham crackers, or wafers.
