Rhodes Garlic Cheese Bombs

Rhodes Garlic Cheese Bombs 8 Rhodes Texas Rolls 2 sticks of string cheese (cut into 1 inch pieces) 1 1/2 tbsp butter (melted) 1 tsp garlic (minced) 1/2 tsp parsley flakes To start making these Garlic Cheese Bombs, you'll need to thaw the dough. I used 8 Texas Rolls and defrosted them by putting them on a plate, covering them with plastic wrap, and leaving them in the fridge overnight. You'll want them to double in size. Once your rolls have risen, cut up your favorite kind of cheese into 1" pieces. I used string cheese since we always have those on hand - some mozzarella and some colby/mozzarella sticks. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Using the palms of your hands, flatten each roll into a round disk, then place a piece of cheese into the center. Pinch together the edges (really well - you don't want the cheese to melt out!) and place them seam side down onto your prepared baking sheet. Repeat until you're out of rolls. Place into the oven and bake for 9-11 minutes, or until just starting to brown. While the rolls are baking, add 1.5 Tablespoons salted butter to a microwave safe dish and heat on low for 20-30 seconds until melted. Once melted, remove from the microwave (be careful - it might be hot!) and stir in 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of parsley flakes. Once browned, remove the rolls from the oven and evenly brush each with the garlic butter mixture you just created. Let cool slightly then enjoy
