Peanut Butter Kitchen Sink Popcorn
Peanut Butter Kitchen Sink Popcorn
6-7 cups popped popcorn seeds removed (from 1/3 cup unpopped kernels)
1 1/2 cup nuts peanuts, almonds, or a mix
1 cup Reese’s Pieces
2/3 cup chopped Hershey’s candy bars
1 cup muddy buddies from a prepared pack of Chex Mix Muddy Buddies
1/4 cup peanut butter
12 ounces white candy melts
Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place popcorn (seeds removed!) in a large bowl. Add Reese’s Pieces, candy bars, and nuts. Toss with your hands.
Melt peanut butter and candy melts together in a microwave safe bowl, on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Once the mixture is smooth, pour it over the popcorn mixture and stir carefully.
Turn popcorn mixture out onto prepared cookie sheet. Spread evenly and let harden. Break into pieces and place in a sealed container. Will keep for up to 3 days, if it lasts that long!
Use any sort of mix-ins you like: different nuts, candy, whatever. Use what’s on sale!
