Lemon Asparagus
Lemon Asparagus
1 lb fresh asparagus trimmed
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp grated lemon peel
2 garlic cloves minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place asparagus in 15x10 in pan lined a silplat liner or greased.
Mix remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese in a small mixing bowl. Drizzle over asparagus. Toss to coat.
Roast 8-12 or until crisp tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
