CREAMY SALSA DIP
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup chunky salsa
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 medium onion
Chop onion and place in a microwavable bowl. Add 1 teaspoon water and toss. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 30 seconds. Carefully remove plastic wrap (watch out for steam).
To soften cream cheese, remove from package and microwave on high for about 10 seconds.
Add salsa and garlic powder; stir to mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
