Ravioli and Sausage Bake
1 lb. frozen beef ravioli
1 lb. italian sausage links, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
1 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
24 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/4 C. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook the ravioli according to pkg. directions, drain and return to the pot it cooked in, set aside. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a skillet over med. high heat and add in the sausage and onion. Cook until the sausage has cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Add the garlic, spaghetti sauce, parmesan cheese and italian seasoning. Cook to warm the sauce. Pour the sauce over the ravioli and gently stir to combine. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13 casserole dish and top with the cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese begins to become golden brown and bubbly. I served ours with a side salad and garlic bread.
