Pumpkin Dip
2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
15-oz. can pumpkin
1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 lb. powdered sugar
Blend cream cheese with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Add pumpkin and spices to cream cheese mixture; beat until smooth. Fold in powdered sugar. Chill before serving. Makes about 6 cups.
