SUPER EASY ROASTED GARLIC IN THE OVEN
2 cup garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Lay a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil flat.
Put garlic in the middle of the foil.
Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
fold the foil up to make a pouch where the seam side is on the top.
Place the pouch on a cookie sheet and bake at 400F for 25-35 minutes or until the garlic is tender and is starting to brown.
