Sunflower Salad
Sunflower Salad
1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
4-oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2-lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Dressing:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp white vinegar
Mix salad ingredients thoroughly in bowl.
Blend dressing ingredients together; pour over salad and chill until
ready to serve.
