Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore
3 Chicken Breasts
2 Cans Whole Tomatoes
1 Onion, sliced
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/3 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper, diced small
1 1/2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
4 Basil Leaves
In a blender, puree tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Pour into slow cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Shred chicken into big chunks and serve over pasta. (I used spaghetti, it's my fave with this meal.)
*Tip- My chicken was still a little frozen. If you are using thawed out chicken cook for 5 hours.
