Brownie Pancakes
Brownie Pancakes
3/4 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp White Vinegar
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
1 Cup Flour
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Vanilla
Red, white, and blue sprinkles (optional)
Glaze
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Milk
In a small bowl combine milk and vinegar, set aside for 5 minutes. In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda, set aside.
Whisk the egg into the milk mixture, add the butter and mix well. Pour into the flour mixture and mix well. Add the vanilla and mix.
Heat the griddle or pan over medium-low heat. Grease with a slice of butter, pour about 1/4 cup each of the batter on to the griddle. Flip once you start seeing bubbles in the batter.
For the glaze combine powdered sugar and milk. Pour over pancakes once they are done. Top with sprinkles.
