Pumpkin Waffles
Pumpkin Waffles
2 Cups Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Pumpkin
1/4 Cup Oil
1 1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tsp Vanilla
Cinnamon & Sugar Butter
1/4 Cup Butter, softened
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Preheat the waffle iron.
In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
In a large bowl whisk eggs, mix in pumpkin and both sugars.
Add milk, vanilla, butter, and oil, mix well.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Mix until all combined.
Pour about half a cup of batter into the center of the iron.
Close the iron and wait for green light to turn on.
Combine all ingredients for the butter and chill in fridge until ready to use.
