TACO DIP
TACO DIP
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
Block of Cream Cheese
2 cups grated extra-sharp Cheddar Cheese
Brown the beef in the skillet, breaking it up with a fork, until the meat is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Pour off the drippings and add the taco seasoning. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Mix the sour cream and cream cheese. Spread into casserole dish. Transfer the meat to the pie plate.
Spread the salsa over the meat and top with the cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
