Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. white sugar
2 3 1/2 oz. pkgs. Vanilla instant pudding mix (regular works fine, also
chocolate works fine)
4 lg. eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350.
Sift together the flour and baking soda, and set aside.
In a lg. bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended.
Stir in the eggs and vanilla.
Mixture will be pretty thick.
Blend in the flour mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10-12 mins., or until edges are golden brown
